New version will not load on I Pod. Older versions ran well. Tried deleting and reinstalling but no improvement

What happened to my list of places? How do I manage list, make some place my favourite, do anything? Why break things that work just to change few colours and icons?

Im Big Fan of cross country skiing and i was always looking for weather info. All other apps are not accurate and do not have small sport places. This one has. I recommend this app to all who seek clear and accurate weather info. Top marks.
